A Quick Note from Chelsea...

Hey, there, y’all!

Remember that post I wrote back in OCTOBER all about how I am the most reluctant blogger on the face of the planet? Well, I just took the last 3 months to prove it to you! (Photo cred: Yulkapopkova via Getty Images... -sigh- this is the daydream/model version of myself struggling with the 'ol blank page!) THANK GOODNESS for my sweet intern, Brittney, who is keeping me on track these next few months, and taking over the content for the first half of the week! We hope you enjoyed her ideas on the fabulous concept, Galentine’s Day! Missed it? Check it out here! Now, I am in the mood to set up something pink and pretty with my girlfriends! I love that cute little boho floor lounge she found, and I, of course, love all the sweets, so her findings were just the motivation I needed to get something on the books! You should, too!

Now that we have a schedule we *plan* to stick to in the next few months with the Sparkler, expect to be hearing a lot more from the ladies of Illumination Events Studio! Currently, I am working on some exciting projects and getting ramped up for the wedding season (already, I can’t believe it!).

I’ve been going crazy trying to update, nay, REDO, my website to make it easier to view on mobiles, because, let’s be honest, we use our phones more than our laptops most of the time! And, with a new logo designed by the incredible Carly with Carly Reed Designs showing off some lovely gold foil, I have been trying to choose new paper goods to represent our new look.

Stay tuned for the full launch and all the details on how I chose the elements that make up the new and improved Illumination Events Studio! The new logo is here on the website as you may have already seen, and if you have been following along on Instagram then you know where we're headed!

I want to thank every last one of you that has followed along and supported us along through all the projects and improvements!

Keep sparkling,

Chelsea
